Vantage PR Officially Integrates with PAN Communications

Phil Nardone

Today, I am excited to announce that we are officially one PAN Communications.

As many of you know, at the end of last year we announced an acquisition that would expand PAN’s presence beyond the confines of Beantown and move us toward becoming a national PR agency. After months of preparation, both companies are now under the PAN name and brand. To many, this may not seem as monumental as when Intel CEO Brian Krzanich announced during CES 2014 the change in name from McAfee Security to Intel Security, four years after the company had acquired McAfee. However, to all of us that now fall under the PAN umbrella, it means just as much, if not more.

In the weeks leading up to today, myself, along with our executive leadership team have been working hard to start building one PAN brand that is effective nationwide. Last week, I was in San Francisco working closely with our west coast team. In mid-April, I’ll be back to Orlando to meet with our southeast team. Through my various trips these past few months, I’ve already started to spread the PAN culture on a national scale. Thursday night PAN Pub is already being planned in each of our new offices and in February, we held our first monthly all staff meeting across the regions. As we work towards building this one PAN brand nationwide, I’ve made a commitment to my staff (and myself) that I will alternate visiting our regional offices every other month.

From every staff member having a PAN email to clients arriving at three different office locations with the PAN logo prominently displayed, we will truly be one united company nationwide. So what does this mean for PAN today and here on out? Well, it means a lot of things to a lot of different people. For my staff, it means that now every employee will embrace the PAN Way (our process of doing things). Cross office teams will become the norm. All admin functions will be handled out of Boston. Our current and future clients will benefit from expanded and enhanced service offerings, such as PANdigital. This venture allows us to continue to drive forward our Global PANorama network, further developing and establishing our presence and connections at a global scale. On the marketing side, the teams will be working diligently to increase our presence nationally, while increasing our visibility in each region that we employ staff.

Howard Schultz once said “When you’re surrounded by people who share a passionate commitment around a common purpose, anything is possible.” That statement has never rung truer in my mind and I am so excited for what is ahead. I thank each and every one of my team members, old and new, for helping and supporting me as we focused over the past four months to build one PAN brand nationwide. A big hat’s off to Managing Director, Rob Adler, who is responsible for overseeing our regional offices (and remote employees in New York); he has been a true partner throughout this journey and continues to strive toward exceeding client expectations and making PAN West and Southeast just as amazing places to work as in Boston.
