Each day at least one of your employees goes above and beyond, whether serving as a mentor to junior staff, staying late to complete a project or going the extra mile for a client. PAN is no exception. We've heard the clichés about how important employees are to your business but how many companies stop and take the time to say “THANK YOU-- we appreciate your contributions”? Last Friday was National Employee Appreciation Day, which offered a great opportunity to do just this.
There is something intrinsically simple about saying, “thank you.” Two words that can go such a long way. Not only is it the right thing to do, it also strengthens your business. Studies have consistently shown that companies that take the time to recognize their staff’s contributions have lower turnover, higher productivity and increased engagement.
Having employees that are always willing to go the extra mile for each other and their clients is what makes PAN such a wonderful environment. You walk through our doors and you can feel the sense of camaraderie. Employees at all levels take the time every day to thank each other for the excellent work they do. This is a team that makes us proud, works hard and delivers results in true PAN fashion.
