We’ve long recognized the need for charitable involvement, and we’re proud to give employees the opportunity to devote a paid workday to a cause they feel passionately about. From volunteering in soup kitchens and planting trees in a local park, to serving dinner at the Ronald McDonald House and organizing fundraisers for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society – giving back to the community is a core part of our culture at Vantage.
Our CEO is also devoted to helping others in need whenever possible. If an employee donates to a particular charity, Vantage matches that number to double the donation. This is particularly beneficial for those affected by natural disasters, such as the victims of the earthquake in Nepal and typhoon in the Philippines. Our team also rallied together to support an intern in her effort to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network, which the company then matched.
“Vantage PR is a company that cares! It shows in the way they treat their employees to the way everyone works together to support the world community. As a Philippine native, it’s especially touching to have been a part of the typhoon relief efforts.” – Carmen Armamento
We’re also proud to do pro-bono and low-bono work for smaller companies with limited resources. Plus, our CEO regularly meets with startups to advise them on their go-to-market strategies. She also gets requests from trade missions to advise companies on entering the U.S. market, as she has over 30 years of international marketing experience.
